| This program enables you to utilize specific or a
variety of skill sets ranging from a Tech III up through a Certified
Systems Engineer (or a combination thereof) who can be available to you on
a dedicated, scheduled or on-call
basis. It is a cost
effective way to obtain specific expertise for projects or on-going
technical support on a timely basis, without having to recruit, hire, and
continue to train a full time in-house IT staff. |

| The block of hours pricing is based on a) skill
set required and b) volume of time (hours) committed to purchase, with and
hourly rate reduction as more hours are committed. Multiple skill sets can be used under one block and credits
will be adjusted accordingly. |

| The committed Block of Hours do not need to be
used immediately; a customer can bank hours as long as they are used
within a span of defined time. |

Billing for block of hours is invoiced net 30, with itemized monthly usage reports provided that capture how many hours were utilized in the previous period, what tasks were accomplished and the total remaining hours under the block. |
